Data and collection methods
Identity and contact details (name, phone, email), request and message content, appointment details, selected lawyer, payment reference and status are collected through forms, email, telephone, booking tools and authorised portal activity, electronically or physically. IP addresses, browser/device information and access/activity logs may be processed automatically for security. Purposes and legal grounds
Receiving consultation requests, scheduling and processing necessary to enter into or perform a contract rely on Article 5(2)(c). Statutory record-keeping, accounting and responses to authorities rely on Article 5(2)(ç); establishing, exercising or protecting rights on Article 5(2)(e). Security and abuse prevention rely on legitimate interests under Article 5(2)(f), provided your fundamental rights and freedoms are not harmed. Optional statistics and external content rely on consent under Article 5(1). Each ground applies only to the relevant processing. This notice is not a consent declaration.
Recipients and transfers
Authorised office personnel and relevant lawyers may receive necessary data to handle your request and service. Hosting, technical-maintenance and email providers; banks and accounting providers for payments; and competent public bodies and courts for legal duties or claims may receive data necessary for their role. Selected external services such as Google and WhatsApp may process data abroad. International transfers must be assessed against the adequacy, appropriate-safeguard or applicable-exception conditions in Article 9 of KVKK.
Retention criteria
Retention depends on the nature of the request, continuation of the appointment or service relationship, statutory record-keeping duties and applicable limitation periods. There is no single unlimited retention period for all data. The Cookie Policy separately explains the 180-day preference record.
Your statutory rights
Under Article 11, you may learn whether data is processed, request information, enquire about its purpose and appropriate use, and learn the domestic or foreign recipients. You may request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data, deletion or destruction where legally applicable, and notification of those actions to recipients. You may object to an adverse outcome produced solely by automated analysis and seek compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
