Information you provide
Contact forms collect your name, email, telephone, selected service and message. Booking also collects the topic, date, time and selected lawyer. Once a request is approved, a payment reference and payment status are associated with it. Portal users see case, hearing and financial records according to assigned permissions. Do not send identity documents, health information or detailed case files through the initial contact form; agree a document-sharing method with our office separately.
Use and access
Information is used to assess and answer your request, arrange appointments, provide the relevant service, match payments and maintain information security. Portal access depends on the accounts and case permissions assigned by our office. Our Personal Data Notice explains the purposes, legal grounds, recipient groups and your rights.
External services and links
The website includes a Google measurement tag, maps and a WhatsApp link. The optional Google tag and embedded map do not load without the corresponding preference. When you open an external map or WhatsApp link, that provider’s own processing terms also apply. These services may process data abroad. The legal requirements for international transfers must be assessed separately under Article 9 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law; a cookie choice alone does not satisfy every transfer requirement.
Retention and security
Retention depends on the processing purpose, duration of the service, legal record-keeping duties and relevant limitation periods. Where the grounds for processing cease, deletion, destruction or anonymisation is handled under the applicable law. Do not share your account password or appointment access link. Report suspected unauthorised access to our office.
Your rights and changes
Use the request channels in our Personal Data Notice for access, correction and other statutory requests. You can change cookie preferences through the footer. This policy is updated when the website’s operation or legal requirements change.
