Semih Dayıoğlu completed his law degree at the Faculty of Law of Vision University in North Macedonia. Combining his academic background abroad with international work and a strong professional network, he has developed a cross-border legal perspective.
His expertise in international law has informed numerous studies and initiatives; he has undertaken recognised projects in European Union law. Taking a comparative view of different legal systems, Dayıoğlu places international legal relationships and regulatory frameworks at the centre of his work.
His projects in space law and artificial intelligence laware an important part of his approach to emerging legal issues. Working at the intersection of law and technology, he examines legal responsibilities and new regulatory needs arising from scientific and digital transformation.
In enforcement and insolvency law, he has worked on large-scale case and operational processes as Enforcement Department Coordinator , gaining extensive experience in organising high-volume debt recovery, risk management and strategic process planning. His management approach combines analytical thinking with practical discipline to support the effective, systematic handling of complex processes.
